Your marketing and enrollment teams built an engine that grows Visions 5 to 10% a year. Most of the building can't see how it works. One Value Engine workshop puts the whole picture in front of everyone, and on paper before Tom retires.
Justina's team writes the student and staff stories. Rick's team works the waitlist while the school is full. Each team sees its own slice, and the analysts down the hall see neither.
When the reasons stay hidden, good calls get overruled. Ten years of survey data says flexibility brings families in, and the word still got pulled after a few teachers went to the CEO.
Tom built both departments and retires in about 10 months. The engine has outlasted 3 CEOs. Now its history needs to live somewhere besides one person's head.
The price covers the Value Engine worksheets, the vision and vocabulary session, the process map, the workshop, the tools guides and the follow-up. The leadership briefing and the written playbook sit at the end.
Tom, Rick and Justina work through the Value Engine worksheets, then we set the vision together in one session. The rest of the building gets a direction before it gets details.
We write down the shared vocabulary, starting with flexibility and what it means to a family with a complicated life. A word backed by data is harder to pull.
Every step from first touch to enrolled, with its owner, its purpose and the data it produces. The waitlist shows up as next year's staffing data, which is what it is.
The contact, applied, pre-enroll and No Academy sequences, the ads and the dashboard, each shown at its station in the workshop. The people who run them get a one-page guide per tool.
A 2 to 3 hour session where staff explain another team's steps back to the room. Misreadings surface and get fixed live, and the people doing the work point out better ways.
Each team takes a short assignment home after the workshop. We read every response, correct what still reads wrong, and hand Tom, Rick and Justina the efficiency ideas staff raised.
What Visions lives with today, and what changes after the workshop.
| The risk | Today | After the workshop |
|---|---|---|
| Knowledge in one head | The history leaves when Tom retires | Closed Vision, vocabulary and map in Rick and Justina's hands |
| Teams in silos | Each team sees only its own slice | Closed Each team can explain the other's steps |
| Growth taken for granted | 5 to 10% a year reads as automatic | Closed Staff trace each enrolled family back through the work |
| An engine nobody re-mapped | This year's builds live in email threads | Closed One current map of every step |
| Decisions overruled from above | Flexibility got pulled after a few complaints | Still a risk The data is visible, but leadership isn't in this room |
The briefing add-on is how the last one closes. We'd rather name it than oversell the other four.
"It doesn't just happen magically. It happens because a lot of purposeful work and an effort to make it all happen."
The 6 weeks start once we agree on a date after the holidays. Each add-on you switch on gets its own lane here.
Open any line to see what's included.
Tom, Rick and Justina each commit about 6 hours across the 6 weeks.
Switch any add-on on to see the new total. Each one is fixed price, and you can add it now or after launch.
Thanks for thinking of us for this one. We've had a hand in a lot of the engine, and it'll be good to help your teams see all of it.
Whenever the timing feels right after the holidays, we'll get the worksheets over to you.
